Their spectacular array of Latin American cinema showcasing for the first time in Vancouver inspires a mingling of cultures and encourages exploration into a diverse and colourful part of the world in an artistic and stunningly visual capacity.

During our 15 plus years in the film and commercial photography field, we’ve come to love and understand Vancouver’s advantageous location inside and out. With such a mild climate, a colourful spectrum of weather (sometimes experienced all in one day), a mosaic of cultural districts & architecture and a variety of landscapes to choose from, ours is the perfect city to shoot any type of production. European fashion ad? Hit up Gastown. New York vogue? The streets downtown await. Glacial water promo? Grouse or Cypress, 365 days of the year. You can even turn StanleyPark, VanDusenGardens, and Lynn Headwaters into a Tolkien forest. Nothing against travel and adventure – but why look anywhere else?

By now, you’ve probably heard of this new phenomenon – 3D printing. You may even have already purchased – or even designed – an item created by a 3D printer. Thanks to sites like Shapeways, Sculpteo, and Thingiverse, designing and producing an object using 3D printing technologies is truly as easy as 1-2-3. The question is: how will this explosion of design potential and manufacturing processes impact our creativity and how we create?

It’s no big secret that the fashion industry is one of the economy’s biggest sellers, bringing in over $300 billion in annual revenue. Excel” – a slogan that certainly parallels our own design objectives!  Our latest adventures in branding and web design have been with the Kelowna Skating Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing skating programs of all varieties to skaters of all ages and skill levels – and our design inspiration lies at the heart of this mission.

That’s right, we’ve kicked off 2013 with a stunning new website – but the key to our success is still tried and true. It’s not by chance or slight of hand, but a method that we’ve carefully honed for success. And it just so happens that the launch of our new website offers the perfect opportunity to tell you all about it!  It’s a story worth telling, because it illustrates exactly the steps we take with each of our clients for every project. We walk them through the same creative process we use ourselves – because they deserve nothing less.
